Technical focus
  • The cement base is rooted in the original roof structure layer to meet the wind pullout resistance required by local wind pressure, while ensuring that the waterproofing of the roof is not compromised. Installation of fixing plates by means of chemical bolts and installation of the FM approved S-5 bracket system on the sub-base.

  • This PV system has been tested and improved to achieve a very high wind uplift safety factor, which has been highly evaluated by FM, and has been approved by FM.

Installation process

The cementitious base is rooted in the original roof structure layer to meet the wind uplift resistance required by the local wind pressure, while ensuring that the waterproofing of the roof is not compromised. The mounting plates were installed with chemical bolts, thus installing the FM certified S-5 mounting system.

This PV system system has been tested and improved by FM to achieve a very high wind uplift safety factor, which was highly evaluated by FM and obtained FM certification.

The fact that this system has passed FM's high standard test shows that the safety of the PV system for concrete roofs provided by Kusolar is already much higher than that of other systems.
